I recently used the services of Mlp Law in connection with my late Mother's Will. The Will named three Executors and we were advised by our solicitor Jane Hunter that the most effective way to proceed was for the Executors to agree a Lead Executor who would then be responsible for all future instructions. This approach was agreed with the Executors which proved to be invaluable advice. The execution of my Mother's Will was carried out with sensitivity and professionalism and I was kept informed at each and every stage of the process. I dealt with other members of the Mlp Law team during the process all of whom provided the highest standard of service and were always available during a difficult time. I would recommend anyone to use them.
