Not working in my best interest
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Sarah Speed. As a victim of domestic abuse, I expected my solicitor to advocate for me with care, diligence, and a clear understanding of the sensitive and serious nature of my situation. Unfortunately, that did not happen. One of the most distressing aspects of my experience was that the abuse I had suffered was not properly acknowledged or put forward in my case. Despite me raising these concerns, they were either overlooked or not treated with the seriousness they deserved. This not only impacted the outcome of my case but left me feeling silenced and unsupported at a time when I was already vulnerable. The failure to represent this crucial part of my experience accurately and assertively has had lasting consequences. I trusted this firm to protect my interests and to ensure that my voice was heard in the legal process, but that trust was misplaced. I strongly urge the firm to reflect on how they handle cases involving domestic abuse and to ensure that clients in similar situations are treated with the empathy, care, and attention they need and deserve.
