My case was a complex one, with some elements time-sensitive, and actions that needed to happen in a certain sequence. It was incredibly stressful and complex. I was incredibly grateful to Tom for providing expert professional advice, explaining what might or might not happen, what options I had and what my employer could and could not do. I was convinced that I had to accept the worst scenario. However, Tom carefully advised me which resulted in an outcome I did not expect, but was better than I had actually hoped for. Highly recommended.

I have moved 25 times and can honestly say this was the most difficult move with chain difficulties but I was lucky enough to have the very best Solicitors in Herrington Carmichael. Each and every member of staff I dealt with were sublime. A special mention should go to Holly BrayConveyancing Executive
New Build Conveyancing and Nicole Allen Completions Assistant New Build as they were both amazingly patient, calming and very efficient. Soo grateful to have been recommended by Bloor Homes to Herrington Carmichael as it definitely lessened the pain.

Herrington Carmichael Solicitors were recommended by my estate agent for the recent purchase of my retirement property.
Caroline, who was my licensed conveyancer at Herrington Carmichael, and her assistant Kimberley, were friendly, very professional and extremely efficient and always responded to my queries rapidly, whether by telephone or by e-mail as I had some difficulty filling in forms online.
Kimberley was very helpful and patient and we got the electronic paperwork done as quickly as possible. We even used WhatsApp video calling to simplify the process.
I cannot thank both ladies enough for making the purchase of my flat as painless as possible, as buying and selling property has become more complicated since I last bought and sold a property.
I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I have recently completed on my first property and used Ellena as my conveyancer. She was absolutely amazing and made the whole process as easy as it could be for me. Her thoroughness and attention to detail gave me complete piece of mind and she was always on the ball with updates. As well as being super approachable and patient with all of my questions. I had my Lease Extension from a Housing Association completed with Herrington Carmichael LLP acting as my Solicitors.
I promised Samantha Laker my Solicitor a review when I received my final updated copies of the Land Registry documents. Sadly due to Land Registry taking over 1 year 6 months to process my papers, Samantha Laker has now left the firm. However, I happily leave the following 5 Star review for her and Herrington Carmichael as Solicitors:
I am diagnosed with ASD/Autism and ADHD. I was treated from the beginning with respect and support and understanding by both Samantha Laker and her colleagues at Herrington Carmichael LLP.
Samantha Lakers work was excellent: efficient and accurate throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending her work as a Lease Extension Solicitor.
Samantha Lakers work was a credit to Herrington Carmichael LLP and it was a pleasure to sign my new 990 year Lease with her at the offices. A day I will never forget.
