What a great team at Herrington Carmichael in Camberley!
I've been out of the property market for a while so was almost like buying my first house all over.
There was a very smooth and organised flow within the team starting with Laura who helped me through the initial stages (with much patience!) through to Zoe the solicitor who dealt with the detailed review of the searchs, ending up with Mary-Jane and Ellan in the completions dept who dealt with the seller. They operated like a relay team passing the batten at each stage, absolutely brilliant!
And this was all done through the pressures of the 30th June stamp duty deadline!!
I hear many stories of nightmares with solicitors etc but I totally struck gold here and would highly reommend Herrington Carmichael.
I'm in my new home now, and thanks to the team, made the SDLT deadline, much to my relief!

Excellent service provided for first time buyer
I recently completed on my property purchase and I am extremely satisfied by the service provided. The team have been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Every question or query was responded extremely quickly, and they helped making the whole process very easy and stress free. Definitely recommended if you are about to purchase a property and are looking for a solicitor!

New house purchase
First class service, quick responses to all communication and felt extremely well cared for throughout the whole process by the whole team. Not planning on moving again anytime soon, but would definitely use again if needed and recommend to others.

Incredibly professional, courteous and efficient team!
We have had an amazing time dealing with this solicitors! Their communication has been outstanding, I think the longest I waited for a reply to an email (discounting weekends) is 24 hours. They kept me informed, used terminology I could understand, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my understanding and understood the time requirements of the developer of the new build property we were purchasing. We selected Herrington Carmichael from a panel of solicitors that were recommended by our developer but they were definitely working on behalf of myself and my husband. We dealt with a few different people of which I'm not really sure why, but every single person we dealt with was friendly, courteous and efficient and we couldn't be more appreciative! I've tagged the people I can remember dealing with below but would also like to mention Ellie Beck, the Admin Assistant Apprentice, as well for also showing all the same qualities already mentioned! 1000% recommend.

The team you instruct if you want something done properly
I have worked with Annari Holmes and her team in a professional capacity but this time was for own sale/purchase.
