Don't think about it just go with Herrington Carmichael
The solicitors I had from Herrington Carmichael for my purchase were nothing short of amazing. Roisin, Holly, Jess and the team worked tirelessly to help me get what ended up being quite a complex purchase/sale done super efficiently. Even when things came up during the process they were quick and clear to advise and help massively (an understatement!) to chase the responses we needed. Above this they were kind, personable, well humoured and an absolute delight to work with. Since using them twice now I recommend them to everyone I meet as an absolute no-brainer.

Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend Herrington Carmichael as a solicitor. We were recommended them by a friend and had a great experience. Amazing experience from start to finish
We were selling our property to buy a new build and from start to finish the whole process was floorless. Roisin and her team were always accessible on the phone or via email and we were kept abreast of things all through the process. Even at the end when we had an issue with our mortgage offer 3 days before completion, they were calm and collected and kept us calm. Part Exchange Purchase of New Build
Good service from Herrington Carmichael with all queries being dealt with promptly and accurately. This was for the part exchange sale of a leasehold and the purchase of a new build freehold from the builders. (HM was recommended by the builders, which was a good thing.) The fees were in line with what was reasonable for a more complicated transaction of this kind.
I first dealt with Ms Roisin Hooke for the majority, and then Ms Annari Holmes for the completion.
