Myself and my wife were uncertain if we would be able to take legal action against a third party following a highly stressful disruption to our lives as a result of massive damage caused to our property by said third party
We contacted Blackwell Solicitors after having done some research online and within 24 hours we received a full and detailed response to our inquiry from Emma which was honest, informative and extremely useful. She also suggested a possible way forward which was very helpful.
Assuming the service and advice we received from Emma (which was F.O.C by the way) is typical of the firm as a whole (and I have no reason to think it is not) I would certainly recommend Blackwell solicitors

Professional advice helped us out
We encountered a very difficult situation concerning the occupation of our daughter's flat. Emma Slade provided timely, clear advice, responding quickly to any developments in the situation. This meant that we stayed within the law in all of our dealings with the occupant, we were made aware of our options and there was an ultimately successful resolution. An Extremely Tenacious Woman Once Said..
"Litigation is one of the “beasts” of the law in that it is usually upon an individual through no fault of their own and with no other choice."
As a result, I don't Feel As clients we rarely recognise and shout out Enough Praise or thanks for the work that Emma, Sian,Sarah,Danielle, Paula and Team do.
Emma took on my professional negligence case against my so called Architect that later turned out to be a technician... so my advice is let these professional solicitors like Emma Slade show you real professionalism at work so courteous and quietly confident she didn't even ask me for a penny on account to start my claim immediately and within a short time won me nearly Fifty Thousand Pounds, absolutely amazing.
I spent more time and money seeking useless help i only wish i had met Emma and the team sooner,

Very helpful and knowledgeable
In our particular case they were unable to help us in a no win no fee situation as our problem didn't meet the criteria. However I just want to say despite this Emma Slade was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful advising me as to what other route we could take and even followed up with an advisory email which was much appreciated.
