Trusted and very helpful - Matrimonial matters

Professional and empathetic

Excellent, thorough and empathetic
Charlotte was recommended to me when I needed to apply for SGO in respect of my nieces. Over the 10 months of proceedings, her support was invaluable, her expertise and thoroughness were 100%. Charlotte and her team ensured that every "i" was dotted and every "t" crossed, carrying me along all through the process. Charlotte's empathy and kindness through what has been a difficult process proved to me that there are still decent solicitors out there. In spite of never having met Charlotte in person, I have felt heard and seen at every turn. Her expertise and insights whether in liaising with court or in finding me an excellent local barrister - invaluable.

Excellent advice

I cannot recommend highly enough
Charlotte has been so much more than a solicitor to me. From day one I have felt she was 100% in my corner, she was empathetic at a very distressing time in my life, showing genuine concern for my own and family's well being.
Her advice was always about getting the best result for myself and she was efficient and responsive.
Charlotte made sure I was fully informed at all stages of my divorce and the legal process was smooth under her stewardship.

Expert, compassionate advice
Charlotte is empathetic, professional and super responsive. She steered me through some complex and challenging financial negotiations always making my options clear and giving advice I could understand but never being pushy. She was responsive and always got back to me on any questions really quickly. I am pleased to say Charlotte helped me reach a divorce settlement that I was comfortable with and I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Supportive, knowledgeable, professional
Charlotte Knappett is warm, supportive and empathetic. She is knowledgeable about family law and able to explain clearly the options available, the possible outcomes and consequences. She captured information quickly about my personal circumstances and the complexities of my case. She asked pertinent questions. Charlotte was punctual, dilgent and incredibly hard working. She was clear about when she was available to meet. Her assistants were helpful and helped Charlotte maintain the pace on my case so that we could meet deadlines. Billing was clear and fair.

Divorce Assistance
Charlotte and her team were efficient, compassionate and supported me through a legal event I had little to no understanding or experience about, which was greatly appreciated.
Charlotte went above and beyond chasing the opposing solicitors failure to engage with the online court system and acknowledge documents, ensuring ongoing progress of the case and alleviating stress in a difficult time.
Charlottes support and advice allowed me to negotiate a court order I was happy with myself, saving significant costs and allowing both parties to achieve an acceptable outcome without excessive cost.
