    I’ve had excellent service from start to finish. Aimee initially gave me a free half hour consultation when I was at my lowest point. She was kind, empathetic, considerate and she listened. The advice she gave certainly helped me on the path I was on. I know everyone’s experiences & lives are different. But, I can’t Aimee or the service Tozers provided. Thank you

    Help with divorce and financial agreement

    I had the pleasure of being advised and guided by Ms Aspinall through my divorce process, as well as the related financial negotiations and agreement. Her practical and clear approach aimed at minimising conflict as much as possible greatly facilitated a potentially contentious divorce (hence me keeping anonymity in this review). Ms Aspinall’s advice was always sensible and showed her legal knowledge and experience. I was informed about all steps of the process and consulted whenever required, including direct communication which was easy to arrange. I would also like to thank to Ms Sophie Charlton-Rigg, the paralegal who worked with Ms Aspinall, for her help with the process. I would warmly recommend Tozers, and especially Ms Aspinall, to clients looking to navigate a potentially difficult divorce with as little stress as possible.

    Unfortunately my recent experience with the Family law team at Tozers has been unfortunate. Repeated errors, including a vital letter that was missed for a whole month( causing immense distress in an already extremely unhappy situation) poor inter office communication, emails that were complicated and not user unfriendly. And finally a catalogue of errors with my final invoice. I have used departments at Tozers for many years for conveyancing and my father’s complex estate and have not previously experienced poor service. Very disappointing. I will not be recommending this department of Tozers.

    Overall, the service was excellent. I did find the invoicing a little complicated to navigate and needed some help to understand it once or twice. I know it has to be recorded in a detailed manner, but perhaps the layout could be simpler.
