Rachel Jones explained clearly what was involved in filling out the forms and procedure. My wife has dementia but still understands what our meeting was about. The whole process was carefully explained and understood.

My partner and I used GoodLaw's will writing service. It was an excellent process from start to finish. We first filled in a questionnaire, then had a meeting with Rachel to go through our answers and ask any questions. The whole experience was very reassuring. Getting the final wills agreed and going in to the office to get them signed and witnessed was very quick and smooth. We'd previously done our wills with an online tool that didn't involve any contact with a solicitor. Doing them this way was so much better and has given us more peace of mind. The couples' price for wills is extremely reasonable. Many thanks to Rachel, and also to Alix and Ayshea who also helped throughout the process.
