Great Service will definitely use HSR again
Our Solicitor was so approachable and friendly. She made the whole process easy. We would definitely use HSR again, and if possible Kelly, for any other legal needs. Thank you very much for making our Will writing a pleasant experience, as we were dreading it. We should have come to you ages ago!

Approachable and Proactive
Kelly was extremely helpful with my queries. If she wasn't sure of anything she would check it out then get back to me with a definite answer. I paid slightly more than was initially quoted because there was more work to be done than at first anticipated. Also, I didn't realise VAT wasn't included in the quote. Overall Kelly was an exemplary asset to the firm.

Making a Will
Although our Wills were straightforward, we were given full advice as to the format. We used a redcross "free will service" which the Solicitors accepted so the cost was zero, but all dealt with professionally. Will definitely use again.

Understanding Legal Jardon
