Very good Team, I had Shafiq who represented me in the police station and helped me a lot throughout the journey. Then I had Sunita and Shaheen, Shaheen was very good at court, represented me very well in front of the magistrates and gave me a very good outcome, which I was very happy with. Facing another custodial sentence, isn't the greatest thing in anyone's life. Add a little Covid-19 and your facing months of court closures and a prolonging of an already difficult situation. I was represented by Sunita at ABV Solicitors, not only was she professional, Sunita was empathetic and always remained contactable. I was made to feel like a victim of my own circumstance, rather than a defendant on a charge. The honesty and integrity that was displayed by her was outstanding and I will always believe that if she hadn't taken the time to get to know me and look into the circumstances, I would most certainly be facing a few months in prison. I can hand on heart say that thanks to Sunita and the instructions given to my Barrister, I was lucky enough to walk from the court......

I cannot thank ABV Solicitors enough for the dedication and professionalism that they have shown me throughout my proceedings, especially Rasna Loi who represented me and Sunita Mehta who assisted me with the financial side of everything. Throughout my dealings with Rasna, she was always on the other end of the phone if something was required. Whether that was organising variations, writing to prosecution, or answering simple questions that I had limited understanding of, Rasna would always take the time to deal with whatever it was I asked of her and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and understanding of everything that was going on. Her communication with me throughout everything was amazing and ensuring that I was fully aware and understanding of all proceedings was top of her priorities. With everything that went on from start to finish, I cannot fault Rasna’s professionalism and dedication to the case, as well as ensuring that the personal element was also considered. Also Sunita, who always assisted when any financial issues arose.
