Had an issue - I needed legal assistance - searched thru internet and found ABV solicitors. Was put thru to Mr Miren Patel. We discussed the issue and he suggested a face to face conference which was arranged for shortly thereafter. At the meeting we thoroughly discussed the situation and he gave me all the options and associated costs. Eventually, I decided to go with the pre-charge representation. He carried out this detailed work exemplarily. I came in for another face to face to finalise the representation report. This was submitted. A week later I received notification 'No further action'. Facts speak for themselves. Thank you Miren!

Total poor Unprofessional, deceitful, and completely untrustworthy. I engaged this firm for a high-stakes, time-sensitive legal matter. I was assured they had the capacity to handle my file and provided sensitive, detailed case documentation in good faith. After this, I was ghosted for a full week, wasting critical time while my court deadline approached. When they finally resurfaced, they claimed they could not take the case due to a lack of documentation—documentation they never once formally requested. When I challenged this blatant incompetence, the management stepped in to gaslight me, blaming staff holidays and attempting to police my tone to deflect from their own internal failures. This firm is a masterclass in time-wasting. They will solicit your sensitive information, mislead you about their capacity, and discard your file the moment their administrative errors are exposed. If you value your legal position, do not trust this firm. You are better off representing yourself than relying on this level of unprofessionalism.

I was recommended by a colleague ABV solicitors and I don’t think I could have found a right solicitors at the right time. At my first court appearance I was fortunate enough to have been represented by Anita who explained the full procedure and went out of her way to accommodate me even though she was so busy at the time.I thank her for making me feel at ease and helping me through the first stage. I was appointed Mr. Miren as my solicitor who looked at the evidence very carefully and listened to everything I had to say in my defence very sympathetically. Despite going overtime he was more interested in preparing a good case in my defence and it showed how professional he was at his job and without a doubt I had full faith in him. Up till the court appearance Miren kept me updated at all times and always attended my phone calls. Then came the final call from Miren to my astonishment in the evening that my case had been dismissed and no doubt I knew Miren had been working hard behind the scenes. So the results speak for themselves as to how professional these solicitors are and how they take each case personally and systematically. No doubt I’ll always turn to ABV solicitors for any legal advice . I just wanted to write a special review for Rasna Loi from ABV Solicitors. She has been nothing but helpful and understanding. Anytime I had a question or struggle to understand she helped. She was with me from Day 1 of my GBH S.18 and S.20 up until my court case. She managed to get S.18 dropped on the day of the Trial. She was constantly trying to get new evidence from police and CPS to help with my case. I would recommend her 100x over to anyone with any sort of law problems.
