Excellent, professional and friendly service
We had telephoned most of the solicitors in Eastbourne to get a price for a will. Stephen Rimmer was the cheapest one by far compared to many of the others. Adrian is the main solicitor within the partnership who deals with wills, amongst other things. During our initial consultation he pointed out things that I hadn’t considered, including writing a letter to a judge in case my will was ever contested to explain my decisions within it. He also advised me that making certain other changes would be more beneficial in terms of IHT.
About a week later I received the draft. Apart from a couple of minor adjustments it was perfect. The following week I was invited to come in to the practice and sign the will, where it was witnessed by both Adrian and one of the other staff members who work there.
The final bill was as quoted originally and a copy of the will was sent to me a few days later. All in all, it was a very efficient and professional service, Adrian is very friendly, and the price was reasonable. Hence, I can highly recommend Stephen Rimmer when it comes to dealing with getting a will drawn up.

A difficult task made easy
We. Needed to.rewrite and update our wills. No large sums or goods involved but difficult due to family differences.Adrian explained all the legal twists a d pitfalls in friendly and clear war. Brilliant- a difficult task made easy.
