Overall I was very pleased with the level of service I received and would recommend Pengelly & Rylands to others. Communication was clear and precise, via email and post. Requests for information and documents were provided with notes on what I needed to complete and how to return them. My queries were answered comprehensively and in good time. Expected timescales and the order of steps in the process were laid out early on so that I knew what to expect. Additional updates were given when requested or if there were changes to the expected schedule. After corresponding with Simon I felt I had a clear understanding of what to expect and what was required from each of us during the process. I felt I could trust him and his team to act on my behalf in this matter.
