At a different time in hour lives, Hatten & Wyatt provided an excellent service and first rate advice in in obtaining probate and finalisation and completion of the estate of our late mother, overcoming various complex legal obstacles which could extended finalisation. They dealt with this effectively with the matter completed within eleven weeks.

I retained Stephens & Son for the purchase of my property following a divorce. Throughout the procedure I was kept abreast of every development and correspondence was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The solicitors Stephens & Son were dealing with for the sale of the property jointly owned by myself and my ex wife were in comparison awful. They required constant chasing, and even on the day of completion produced an incorrect completion certficate with erroneous figures. With divorce and house sale/purchase being so stressful I was thankful that the team were so professional and took a great deal of the angst out of the process.
