Sharon qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007. She has been advising clients for over 20 years. Sharon has advised on all areas of Private Client Law, administration of estates involving complex estate matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters and Inheritance Tax planning. Sharon acts as a professional trustee, attorney and deputy for a number of clients. She is a member of the Private Client Section and a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner. Sharon is also a Dementia Friend. Sharon’s work primarily now is estate administration to include complex estates, including the management of business whilst the estate is in administration and dealing with any tax aspects relating to Inheritance Tax, Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief.
