Firm but fair
I recently went through a divorce and ‘twas recommended to consult Rebecca Silcock at Mogers Drewitt. She is qualified to act for clients in Collaborative Divorce, and proved to be very effective. She was compassionate, but also fair and crucially firm in making my case, and the outcome was one that both parties could live with. The advice was clear with each step of the process outlined, including what would and would not be taken into account by the courts in deciding an outcome. I would thoroughly recommend Mogers Drewitt to anyone unlucky enough to go through this process.

I asked you at the beginning for three things, to keep my house, so that I could keep a home for my family, to get the best deal and to ensure that when it’s done there would be no way of coming back to get any more from me. You delivered on all three counts. A bottle of champagne will be opened this evening & a toast to you will be made.
