I AM A PARTNER IN THE CORPORATE COMMERCIAL TEAM BASED IN THE BATH OFFICE. I specialise in corporate transactional work largely for private companies and have done since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. I have experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and I assist our clients with anything from company incorporations, constitutional work, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate advisory work right through to strategic acquisitions and successful exits. My aim is to provide clients with personable commercial advice without legal jargon to help them achieve their desired outcome and to develop long-lasting client relationships. Away from the office, travelling plays a large part in my personal life, especially as my immediate family are based in Asia. In my spare time I am usually planning my next adventure to tick another destination off the bucket list.

    I cannot recommend Mogers Drewett LLP highly enough especially Victoria Darvall who handled all aspects of my recent business sale to an unbelievably high standard along with maximum efficiency levels for me. Victoria’s experience, proactive nature, clear and decisive decision making made the whole intense process really easy and manageable from a vendor’s perspective. Nothing ever seemed to be too much or a problem for Victoria during this whole process, Victoria’s approach was always positive to all aspects of the sale which always gave me great comfort that the deal was in the right hands. The end result was a smooth and successful sale that I can only put down to Victoria’s professionalism and fantastic attitude and approach to everything.
