    We got recommended Stephen Rimmer by a couple of our friends. Anna and Lewis were very professional and diligent from the beginning. They helped us complete on a purchase of our first property. They also drafted a declaration of trust as per our instruction. All the communication was clear and all our queries answered. The process took longer than we anticipated, but it appears that's common for purchasing a property in England. I would not put blame on anyone in particular as it appears the turnaround for requested information can be anywhere between a day to 3 weeks...so it's a lot of waiting around.

This was through modern auction so we had a time limit which got a little stressful when we only had two weeks left that we had to complete within!
