Ashley is a property solicitor and partner based in our Torquay office. Although he joined Wollens in September 2019, he has been working within Torbay over the past 8 years which he loves and strongly champions. Whilst handling a broad range of Commercial Property work, Ashley has a keen interest and specialism within the hotel and leisure sector. This includes sales and purchases of licensed premises, guest houses and hotels, and cafes. He has also acted for a number of established prominent businesses within hospitality sector both within Torbay and beyond. Notwithstanding this, assisting business start ups are a strong passion of mine. He is also a member of the Torbay Business Forum and former director of the Devon and Somerset Law Society. Outside of work Ashley has a keen interest in skiing and is a qualified instructor operating from Torquay Alpine Ski Club in Barton. When he is not on piste he can normally be found at Sandy Park cheering on Exeter Chiefs, or hiking in the beautiful Devon countryside.
