I instructed Wellers as my conveyancers as a first time buyer. Jeanette, a partner, was my main point of contact I cannot recommend Wellers enough, on the basis of Jeanette and her team's fantastic work Wellers' price was highly competitive, I was very happy with it up front, their quote was a few hundred pounds less than similar firms Jeanette and her team had fantastic communication, they always kept me in the loop, and they were always happy to talk to me on the phone, but I also trusted their work and did not feel the need to chase them for constant updates I withdrew from my initial purchase because of issues with the building. After I found another property, Jeanette and Wellers were able to get the deal over the line within the deadline of my original mortgage offer. As the Iran War kicked off after I got my mortgage offer, the fact that Jeanette got the second purchase finalised, whilst doing such thorough work (all legal enquiries were shared with me and summarised in a report, which was super thorough, and reassured me I was on sound legal footing in my purchase), meant I could keep my original mortgage offer and avoid a big increase in rates due to the Iran War, easily saving me a couple of thousand pounds over the two year fixed rate period

I contacted Wellers for conveyancing, the service I received was top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jeanette was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly without any complications, the whole process was smooth and seemed stress free and seamless. The level of communication was excellent and second to none; I received regular updates and replies to my emails were almost instant. Thanks to their efficiency and attention to detail, we exchanged and completed right on schedule. I will definitely use them again in the future!
