Property Conveyance
Jeanette has been professional, hard working and open in her communication throughout the sale of my property. She has been clear and transparent in fee charges and committed to this exceptionally difficult sale. She has been approachable and given sensible advice and guidance when required. Friendly and Professional throughout
Despite a long and drawn out sale of a leasehold flat due to the inefficiencies of other parties, Jeanette and her team remained friendly and professional throughout. Thank you ladies, we got there in the end!

Extremely Grateful
I was recommended Jeanette and her team after we found a property which we fell in love with. We then had to sell our property and purchase the new one.
I had previously used a London solicitor for over 25yrs, although my last experience with them I felt they were overpriced and I had actually done their work for them..
Anyway Jeanette and her team were extremely efficient and proactive especially when the seller seemed to be slowing down the process.
I highly recommend them and they seemed extremely good value for money compared to my London Solicitor plus this was all completed within 6 weeks

Great Service!
Jeanette was excellent and always provided sound legal and strategic advice whenever it was needed for our property purchase. She made the process seem smooth and very easy to understand. We’d highly recommend her to anyone going through the property process.
The conveyancing service provided by Jeanette when selling our home and purchasing on, was incredible. She turned our purchase paperwork around in record time in order for us to make a pre-Christmas completion despite how busy she was and we’re so grateful. She was patient with questions we had, professional, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

Attentive and professional even at peak time
Jeanette and her team dealt with both our sale and purchase. The purchase completed on 30 June 2021, the last day of the full stamp duty holiday. Despite the pressure being truly on at that time, Jeanette was attentive and dealt with all matters in a timely manner. Very professional all round.

First Class Service
I couldn’t recommend Jeanette enough - she is professional, responsive and attentive. Having sought a number of quotes before instructing Wellers I can also say that their fees are very reasonable. I will continue to recommend Wellers to my friends and colleagues buying/selling properties.
