Senior Associate

Carly joined Tozers’ Corporate & Commercial team in July 2022. She advises on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals of business premises (including by way of conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements), the taking and granting of new leases and secured lending. Prior to joining the team at Tozers, Carly has worked at two large regional law firms. In 2017 she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive. In her spare time Carly enjoys keeping fit, spending time at the beach and enjoys watching her son and husband play football.
