Excellent service
The service I received from Rebecca Pepper at Howells solicitors was fantastic. Rebecca kept me up to date every step of the way and went above & beyond. I have used Howells for several different matters and each department has always given excellent service. I would highly recommend Howells.

Excellent service during a sensitive time
Following the death of a loved one, I was directed to an amazing Howells professional, who took me through a process, step by step, to bring closure not only with a legal concern, but a personal one too. The individual I was fortunate to have connected with from the beginning, treated me with absolute respect with a deep understanding of the sensitive situation I had found myself in. Considerate, professional, thorough and understanding throughout, this person communicated clearly with me from the outset, provided advice and worked closely with me. A call was made every time it was promised, I never felt let down or an after-thought. I was kept up to date of the situation, every step of the way until the point of closure.
