This was my first time using Amicus Law and from my initial encounter with front desk reception staff to meetings with my designated solicitor, I always received a very warm friendly professional approach. My solicitor particularly was very approachable and had a friendly, welcoming manner and was very efficient and knowledgeable when discussing legal matters and communicated effectively when I needed something explaining or clarifying. I have been very happy with my experience overall but there is just one point from a clients point of view that I would have found helpful. When asked to make an important decision or confirm something by email it was not always obvious to me if my solicitor had received it and therefore it would be helpful if a short acknowledgement could be sent back. I would like to point out that in most cases it was but not every time. I also think that the firms legal costs are very fair and competitive.
