Vikki is also a member of the Family Law Panel which is a nationwide consortium of experts which supports families in making the best choices. Vikki is trained as a collaborative lawyer. The collaborative law process encourages separated clients to resolve matters away from Court. It involves both parties appointing their own collaboratively trained lawyer and both parties and their lawyers meeting together to try and work things out. Vikki feels that where possible, it is normally better for everyone, especially children, if matters can be resolved away from Court.

    Continued support

    I've previously recommended Vikki Martin's services (supported very capably by Alyssa) and even though my divorce was settled 20 months ago I was caught in the military pension delays which thankfully is now sorted. Through this time I still felt looked after by Vikki and her team and only now that everything is resolved have we agreed to close my file. Couldn't ask for more really!

    Incredible team and support from Wolferstans

    I cannot speak highy enough of Vikki Martin and her team Rebecca Moloney and Alyssa Toghill. Understanding my situation and need for experienced solicitors Vikki kindly took over my case when she realised what we were dealing with. Having got matters under control, Rebecca Moloney then took the reins, in negotiations for my divorce finance settlement, her knowledge, advice, kindness, support (in and out of court) and humour made a difficult process really very easy.     Wolferstans Solicitors in Plymouth are exemplary, they completed my conveyancing, changed my will and are dealing with my matrimonial changes all hassle free .
