Divorce - Vikki Martin
Vikki Martin picked up my divorce mid process due to ineffective prior advice and representation, and an ex-partner who was intent of creating difficulties and exacerbating dispute rather than finding solutions. She held the other party to account confidently and gave clear advice as to whether their threats made had credibility or were hot air. She also was clear when there was no point pursuing a matter and best to take it on the chin. I would highly recommend.

Professional legal support and advice for divorce proceedings
I sought advice from Vikki after a prolonged period of separation with my (then) wife who had commenced divorce proceedings as a result of my adultery.
My initial consultation with Vikki took place face-to-face just prior to C-19 lockdown which was an emotional but incredibly positive engagement; I immediately felt that I could trust Vikki and put all my cards on the table on day 1.
Throughout the divorce proceedings, that extended beyond the expected duration due to the time it took to receive the pension actuary report (commissioned by my wife’s solicitor) and the family house to sell, I was able to work with Vikki on a range of topics and issues to reach a settlement that I felt comfortable with. I was able to develop ideas and solutions with Vikki as issues arose, and find win-win positions without the need for significant compromise that ensured all those impacted by the divorce remained intact and relationships remained amicable.
Correspondence by phone or email was efficient and effective, and I was able to make contact with Vikki through her team as and when required.
I am grateful for Vikki’s support and guidance throughout the process, and would highly recommend her services to others in similar circumstances to mine...coming out of the divorce financially, physically and mentally intact with both children still part of my life is an outcome that had previously felt out of reach.

Conveyancing Challenges - Sole Name Application
The Conveyancing Department (Licensed Conveyancer Tishka Chapman & Paralegal Kathryn Lawley) acted on my behalf in relation to a transfer of a property in my sole name. Complexities involved a lease agreement/HOTs Lease at another practice & new mortgage application. Despite these challenges the deadline for the application was met well inside the timetabled schedule.
