Friendly but not very attentive
The people we dealt with were friendly, but we often had to chase - and when we did it was as if they were doing us a favour. For example, happy to send this review but haven’t answered my most recent question. Would often not answer queries as ‘didn’t know’ but were to do with the house. Was also sent other people’s information a couple of times.
Reasonable price.

At Clarkes, we take on board all client comments and client satisfaction and client care are very important to us. In this case I do feel that your comments are unjustified as we spoke to you on a daily basis and you also thanked us for our help on completion. I must say that I do not recall saying that I did not know the answer to a question and this is never normally something that I would say. Occasionally, it may be something that I could not be expected to know, and in that case, I would have taken steps to find out before coming back to you. Once more, I am sorry that you feel this way and do however wish you all the happiness in your new home.

House Purchase
What a great experience with the team @ Clarkes. They were very efficient and handle a very delicate situation really well as it wasn't a straight forward purchase with chain. They covered all bases and came up with some great information that we would have overlooked. First class service and completed on the dot.
