Alastair Goggins and his broader team provided excellent support and a successful conclusion to a very intractable case. He responded very effectively to changing requirements as the case developed, bringing in Ashleigh Wong as the main point of contact in the latter phases whilst keeping careful oversight. I would have no hesitation recommending Alastair and his team to others.
Ashleigh Wong was superb to deal with during the latter phases of the case, I found her to be very responsive to the changing requirements that the case demanded and very much appreciated the interactions that we had as we navigated towards a successful conclusion.

I just wanted to Thank you all for all your hard work, time and effort that you put into my case. I am so grateful for your support and guidance through an extremely difficult, complex and emotional situation for me.
Your professionalism and knowledge was amazing, and all of your advice was invaluable. You explained each stage for me, making clear my options and then giving me time to absorb everything. I had great confidence in you all, but knew that my case may not of been successful, due to it's nature and complexity. I am, however, delighted that I was successful. I know that my dad would be tremendously pleased that I stood up, and fought for some recompense to a situation that should of never happened. I am fully aware that there were no 'winners' in this situation, but I do feel that a wrong has been in some respects, righted.
You all appear to work seamlessly together and clearly work great as a team. You all showed an enormous amount of empathy, sympathy and understanding in a complex and emotional case.

Alastair was extremely professional and knowledgeable when advising us on how to proceed with a complex situation regarding the settlement of our son's will. We particularly appreciated his empathy and tact in recognizing that both my wife and I were grieving for the recent loss of our son, and were under considerable stress. The advice Alastair provided has been invaluable, and so far we have been able to carry out our duties as executors of the will without problems. Debbie Turner was also very helpful in administering our case.
