We can highly recommend the firm after their great help and quick response at all stages in the process of buying and selling property. It was very helpful knowing we could trust our solicitor, not something you can always say unfortunately so we were very pleased we chose them. Ursula Munns has provided me with pleasant, competent and prompt service when buying a new prime residence, and then selling the previous residence. B&L also provided excellent overall service to establish as a limited company, the residents association of one property which housed 8 freehold owners, including me at the time. B&L will be my first port of call to deal with any future nneed that might arise
