    Needing to update my will I contacted Taylor Bracewell. I could not fault the service received in any way, from making an appointment to leaving, having completed my revised will. On making initial contact by phone, I was giver options of date and time to attend and discuss my wishes. Attended and discussed options with Stephen Coates. He informed me that the will would be prepared by Sara Feri, Legal Assistant. The whole process took just 2 weeks despite Sara having to make changes that I decided on subsequent to my previous instructions. Each member of staff I met at Taylor Bracewell was pleasant, polite and efficient.
