Very efficient and competent lawyer in her field (commercial conveyancing). She was helpful to advise also on all other and connected matters promptly. I would definitely instruct her again.

Katy Moss and Suzanne Day dealt with the surrender of our current and implementation of a new commercial Agreement for Lease. Unfortunately, due to the landlord it was not a straightforward process and quite stressful throughout. Both Katy and Suzanne have been amazing, they supported me through the whole thing and got the completion over the line. Very friendly, answered every question promptly, gave superb advice, very polite and very patient! Would highly recommend Amphlett Lissimore (in particular Suzanne & Katy) for any commercial conveyancing needs.
