Settlement agreement advice
I engaged Myerson to review and advise on an employment settlement agreement. I was very impressed with the level of technical knowledge provided by Joanne. She was a pleasure to deal with, always available to call or email and efficient in chasing the other party for outstanding replies. Settlement agreement
Myerson were recommended to me by a colleague. Prior to that I had no personal knowledge of the firm or any of its partners. After my initial call, Joanne made herself available straight away by scheduling a meeting after business hours. That initial meeting was very useful for setting out and discussing the issues in detail and meant that it was possible for further discussions, all the way through to a conclusion, to be conducted by telephone. During a process which required numerous phone calls the technical advice that I received was clear, objective and very useful. More importantly however, at a time and during a process when emotions could run high, Joanne provided a measured and sensible sounding board and brought a calmness which I very much appreciated. A very good experience start to finish. Thank you.
