Difficult Probate handle successfully
Our father's estate provided some unexpected pitfalls leading to unavoidable delays. Englands successfully resolved some thorny issues and the estate was wound up entirely to our satisfaction.

My Fathers Estate
When my father died i was given instructions. England & Co to deal with my late fathers probate. Also i used them to sell my fathers property. Throughout the whole procedure they were always available with help and advice. It took a year to completely sort and they made my life easier at the hardest point of my life.

House Sale
We engaged England & Co for the conveyancing of the house sale. The solicitor and secretary's are very approachable and explain the process in terms that i understand. The fees were sent out and the final bill was as fees. It's a first class firm to which i would highly recommend.

Lasting Power of Attorney
Our solicitor Vicky was very understand explained the procedure and documentation with us and what we had to do and information we had to share with our children and get their agreement. We appreciate all the work done by Vicky and her team. When seeing all the paperwork involved and legalities to our case. But Vicky and her team were very good at helping us through the process.

Excellent Service
