As a customer/client one of the most frustrating issues during property negotiations is the perceived "silence" as the sale/purchase progresses. Not for the first time in my experience England's have recognized this problem and i commend them for their efficiency and proactive attitude.

Purchasing a property on long leasehold that's part of a block with a management company is not straight forward.
England & Co uncovered issues previous purchasers were not aware of an gave sound advice to resolve these issues.

Chelsea dealt with the sale of our office building in the most professional and efficient manner. We were always kept informed and copied in to correspondence where possible. Her fee was very reasonable, in fact she was worth much more!. Her staff were also very helpful. We would not hesitate to use Chelsea again should the need arise.

We have recently completed our second sale/purchase with Chelsea. Our latest sale June 2023 required a quick completion which Chelsea and her colleagues successfully achieved. Our purchase of a new build a few weeks later had complications which Chelsea explained in a meeting with us at the Martham offices. To resolve the issue the developer had to make a change to the plot. We have in our dealings with Chelsea found her to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to us accessible by phone or in person at the Martham office.

Never formally met Chelsea but sometimes people have such good interpersonal skills, they put you at ease straight away. I would recommend Chelsea, as she conducted the sale of my business to a very high standard and reacted quickly to any issues I had.

Chelsea Matthews offers a friendly, professional and totally efficient service and leaves you feeling you are in safe hands.

Haveing used several legal practices up and down the country for the past 10 years i can genuinely say Chelsea is at the forefront of her profession. She has a very sharp eye for the often 'overlooked matters' on more complex transactions, and has acted for me on a number of auction purchases and she is always pro active and meets deadlines. Arranging Lease agreements and applying for evictions are second nature to her and always carried out with a rapid yet proffesional approach.

The firm meets the Legal Services Commission's Quality Assurance Standard and in 2008 was one of the first firms in the area to be awarded “Lexcel” - the Quality Mark specifically for lawyers. We were awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Standard when it commenced and we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency enabling us to provide legal aid advice for some family matters.
