Very happy with Michael Taylor and his assistant Natalie Donovan. They were both easy to contact and kept me updated. The only complaint was it took just over 3 months for the sale to go through and wished it could have been closer to 2 months but very good value for money.

I’ve dealt with many different legal firms in the past who have been less than professional in dealing with my legal affairs.
However, England & Co are the exception to this I’ve used them many times with selling & buying property.
I’ve always found them to be very professional in providing a a full straightforward conveyancing service to their clients.
What I found most impressive with England Co was their communication skills, explaining legal jargon in layman’s terms.
As I’ve experienced with other solicitors I’ve waited days sometimes weeks in receiving replies to questions, not so with England & Co.
Special thanks to Anita Williams who handled my case, response times could not have been better replies within a few hours sometimes immediately most impressive!
For a truly professional legal service I can recommend England & Co. Solicitors.

I've recently had the pleasure of doing business with this company and I can honestly say the process was explained very clearly and was very smooth. I found them online and Holly who helped us put Wills together and PoA's was really lovely, kind and funny but in a professional manner.

We have previously employed England and Co for the purchase of a holiday chalet and recently for conveyancing on the sale of our home and purchase of our new property.
We were happy with the first conveyancing they did for us and had been totally frustrated with another family solicitor involved with my Fathers probate so employed Englands for the conveyancing of our property to sell and property we were purchasing.
We found Sophia and Sophie proactive in their approach, helpful and were soooo much better than the other solicitors in our chain.
Solicitors don't seem to like to communicate with their customers but Sophie and Sophia reliably came back to us with our queries and issues, answering them and sorting out any problems we had.....believe me, this is pretty unusual in our experience and a positive attribute.
We had a few reasons to contact their Martham office and were always happy with the response and the way we were treated and would employ them again without hesitation.

We are local, friendly and take pride in the services we provide and always aim to provide a personalised service for each client. The firm meets the Legal Services Commission's Quality Assurance Standard and in 2008 was one of the first firms in the area to be awarded “Lexcel” - the Quality Mark specifically for lawyers. We were awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Standard when it commenced and we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency enabling us to provide legal aid advice for some family matters.
