Done everything in their power to get us moved
Vickie and her team turned our last minute nightmare with help to buy around in 4 working days. A process that usually takes minimum of 15 working days - they pushed so hard for us to complete on our agreed date after we were told it was impossible. They are so on the ball and really do care about their clients.

Turned our matter around in 48 hours
Vickie and Chloe did a fantastic job after taking our matter on at short notice on Wednesday with a Friday exchange deadline. There were several outstanding questions to be answered and the matter had dragged on for over 20 weeks prior to them getting involved.
As a team Vickie and Chloe were able to honour existing commitments whilst getting up to speed with our matter and responding quickly. We managed to get ourselves in a position to complete on the Friday having not even reviewed the property report on the Wednesday. Thankyou both!

Avoid At All Costs. Absolutely abysmal service. Communication is beyond Dreadful. Couldn't find my file of 18mths. Extremely Rude. Don't listen to you. About as clear as mud.Blatant lies, lost correspondences. Dont reply to calls and emails. Wasted time and money!!
