Despite our initial sale falling through (due to the buyer withdrawing), we were really pleased with the speed, friendliness and helpful service with which we eventually completed with a second buyer. We would certainly recommend and use England & Co again.

For the past five years, England & Co have been my first choice for conveyancing with firstly purchase of holiday homes and more recently the sale of them due to myself preparing for retirement.

I had used Englands before to sell a property and had found them to very professional so i decided to use them to write my Will.
I found the process very easy and straightforward.
Communications were good and the fee was stated from the start.

Thank you England + Co, i feel very well supported. My 1st impression was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and provided immediate information. Plus suggested I could see Shannon in a few moments as she was just finishing with another client. Shannon was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very reassuring. A quality rarely seen.
P.s. ( I had been to another company where 5 staff members were leaning on door posts & reception desk like a pub, talking loudly about holidays. This was so loud receptionist couldn't hear me) Needless to say i left promptly and found England & Co. Thankfully.

We are local, friendly and take pride in the services we provide and always aim to provide a personalised service for each client. The firm meets the Legal Services Commission's Quality Assurance Standard and in 2008 was one of the first firms in the area to be awarded “Lexcel” - the Quality Mark specifically for lawyers. We were awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Standard when it commenced and we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency enabling us to provide legal aid advice for some family matters.
