Buying our 1st home
When we started the process of buying our first home we expected nothing but stress and worry. We had a million questions and felt like we had opened a can of worms full of paperwork and words we had never heard of! Jess immediately put us at ease. Every question answered with patience and care but more importantly never making us feel silly for asking. This was a whole new experience for us and where understandably overwhelmed to begin with but immediately Jess turned the worry into excitement to start our new chapter. Everyone talks about how you have to chase your solicitor and constantly nag at them, not once have we had to chase a single thing up. At times paperwork had already arrived at our address before we even knew it had been posted. I would not hesitate for a single second to use Jess again in the future and will be highly recommending her!
