From the moment I asked for a quote on the costs of the part exchange process, through to completion, the experience was outstanding. The lawyer who managed my part exchange was Jessica Betts, who was exceptional throughout the sale process. Jessica was very responsive so always responded to my emails or calls without delay - even during the periods when things were being held up by other parties. Jessica was very clear in all of her correspondence and everything was so clear to understand.
I have used numerous lawyers when purchasing properties in the past, but Jessica's performance was absolutely first class and would recommend her to anyone wanting a reliable, responsive and exceptional knowledgeable lawyer.

Sale of Flat/Purchase of New build
Jess B and the team really impressed us with their clear and quick communication, attention to detail and overall efficiency with the sale of our leasehold flat and purchase of our house.
I would email and receive a reply within 5 minute the majority of the time and would not hesitate in asking any questions as the team were very approachable.
In particular we wanted to thank Jess B for all her hard work and work on our sale/purchase; having a reliable and hard working solicitor definitely made the whole process a lot less stressful!

Great experience
Used Tozers for both the sale and purchase of new house. The whole team were great, answered all questions we had and put our minds at ease that everything was being handled in the best possible manner.

Does the job well but needs to be more personable
This is the second time we have used Tozers and Jess for a house move, and on both occasions she has ensured things have gone as smoothly as possible. However, 95% of emails received from her were not addressed by name, giving a very impersonal feeling to correspondence. Whilst I understand these matters are likely to be second-nature to conveyancing lawyers, clients should feel they are at least acknowledged appropriately.
Also at times complex and wordy responses were given to relatively simple questions, leading to unnecessary confusion.
Latter correspondence was handled by Kasper, who was very responsive and helpful, as well as friendly. This was especially ideal on completion day!
I would however given the relatively low cost, use Tozers and Jess again for future house moves.
