i had a tricky Deed of Variation application involving my Lease and I had such superb professional help and guidance from both Mark Iddles and Hayley at Torquay. The communication was excellent and the attention to my application was brilliant from both partners. I knew I was in good hands and the process was completed quicky and I was able to proceed with Equity Release. I just could not have achieved this without Mark and Hayley. No Worries
The process was exceptional, the first in our lives it has been worry free. Everything was taken care of, everything was explained in terms we could understand. We were dealt with as humans, very refreshing.

Property sale
Mark expedited the sale extremely efficiently in a very fast time. I was very sceptical having moved last year with a different company which took 7 painful months. Mark got it done in just a few weeks. Excellent

1st Time buyers
My partner and I were recommended Mark @ Wollens when we had progressed far enough in to our 1st house purchase together. As 1st time buyers we were a little inexperienced and needed guidance. Land Title Split
