Liz qualified in 2009 and previously worked for two London-based law firms. She acted primarily for a range of social housing providers, advising them on a variety of matters, including right to buy, staircasing, assignments, and new-build shared ownership sales. During this time, she also dealt with the selling of properties on new developments for a couple of well-known housebuilders. Liz moved to Devon in 2015 and now specialises in residential property transactions and acting for private individuals, lenders and investors. She deals with all aspects of residential sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties on matters including re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations, transfers of part and new builds. After many years of acting for clients from all walks of life, she prides herself on providing excellent customer service which suits and meets her client's individual needs and considers herself to be open, honest and friendly. Outside of work, Liz enjoys long walks in the Devon countryside, pub lunches and exploring different cultures in countries around the world.

    The service was, by and large, excellent. The information and advice provided was correct and well presented. In the end it all worked out very well - but early on things did not get moving swiftly and communication was non existent. Once we had got into a groove and understood each other it was all good but I have never had so much trouble contacting a lawyer. Phones need to be answered and emails responded to at far greater speed.
