I have had to deal with two bereavements and the associated estates which involved tracking people down and liaising with some awkward family matters. Jenny was marvellous and so patient. I would heartily recommend her and her firm as I was so impressed with the quality of service.

We are very late in posting this review for various reasons as we saw Jenny earlier this year for a revision to our wills, but felt it important to do. The whole process was very straight forward and of course very professional and most of all very approachable, friendly and helpful. We have been very fortunate to have Jenny deal with this and all our previous work. We particularly like the continuity of seeing the same person who can relate to our own specific situation and can most highly recommend Jenny for other clients. Once again thank you Jenny!

The service we received was excellent, staff are lovely and competent. However, the service was slow. It should not have taken almost a year to complete a simple Will even allowing for the unexpected issues we needed to resolve.

We have had excellent service from Jenny Teall ; which means clear , speedy advice , and instruction. Have been able to set up Lasting Powers of Attorney and have complete trust in the outcome. Earlier in 2020 we started a process of selling our house. Owing to the corona virus out break we decided to stop the process, deciding to wait better times. Woodfines have not charged us for this initial work.(oops, hope they don't read this !) Will return to them for conveyancing at some stage.
