Great experience with the team. Worked well on our behalf and made sure relevant things were included for us. Rachael Watkins was good with communication throughout and Katie Willems was also helpful on completion day. The only thing stopping a 5 star rating was a few queries on price. I believe we had an initial estimate but as this changed quite a bit from our initial quote it would have been good to have been informed about what level of communication would have prompted an increase in price prior to the instructions. Being a first sale there were also lots of terms to understand. I think Rachael did a good job of making things clear. It would be good to speak in more ley terms generally for greater understanding.
