Property purchase

Excellent service
I was paying off my mortgage and Sylvia McCullagh helped me with the discharge of securities. It was a very friendly and professional service. Communication was great and I was kept updated throughout. Sylvia kindly helped me with another enquiry along side this which was dealt with very efficiently.

Home purchase
My experience was an absolute 10/10
I had s purchase with a new development in an old property, it took a full year and the service from Sylvia was exceptional all the way from start to finish.

First class service
Sylvia was always approachable and very helpful. We bought a flat and there were several issues causing difficulty including a tight entry date, difficult vendor with shifting goalposts, issues with combustible cladding and a slow to respond mortgage company. Sylvia managed to navigate us through these and we secured entry on time. Despite the process being much, much more complex than we all initially realised I was delighted to see her price agreed at the start of the process did not change.
