I had s purchase with a new development in an old property, it took a full year and the service from Sylvia was exceptional all the way from start to finish.

Sylvia was always approachable and very helpful. We bought a flat and there were several issues causing difficulty including a tight entry date, difficult vendor with shifting goalposts, issues with combustible cladding and a slow to respond mortgage company. Sylvia managed to navigate us through these and we secured entry on time. Despite the process being much, much more complex than we all initially realised I was delighted to see her price agreed at the start of the process did not change.

Sylvia was amazing. She was informative, she was helpful. Explained things we didn’t understand and was very patient which was refreshing when selling and buying a house!
