Anita is friendly, knowledgeable, formidable and tenacious. She is exactly who you want on your side. She answered our myriad questions and successfully fought for the benefit of the entire chain when the new build at the top of the chain was getting constant delays. Anita is efficient and during the entire process, was consistently the first solicitor to have followed all procedures and be ready to move onto the next phase.

I’ve dealt with many different legal firms in the past who have been less than professional in dealing with my legal affairs. However, England & Co are the exception to this I’ve used them many times with selling & buying property. I’ve always found them to be very professional in providing a a full straightforward conveyancing service to their clients. What I found most impressive with England Co was their communication skills, explaining legal jargon in layman’s terms. As I’ve experienced with other solicitors I’ve waited days sometimes weeks in receiving replies to questions, not so with England & Co. Special thanks to Anita Williams who handled my case, response times could not have been better replies within a few hours sometimes immediately most impressive! For a truly professional legal service I can recommend England & Co. Solicitors.
