Buying a home can feel like a daunting task (especially as a first time buyer) and he enjoys being on hand to answer any queries, no matter how small. Before joining Tozers Kasper worked for a national developer for over five years, during this time he gained a solid understanding of how to efficiently handle a purchase of a new home. He has experience working on both freehold and leasehold transactions, along with development infrastructure agreements. Kasper has a BA Hons in Law and Criminology and he is due to complete his CILEX qualification next year and become a Charted Legal Executive.

Local, efficient and accessible
Conveyancing was easy with Tozer's. Being local I was able to pop in when required and had a direct dial phone number to my conveyancer. My case had a few complications and these were overseen and managed well by Tozer's, would recommend to friends and family.

House purchase new build
Due to a problem with my original conveyancer I was recommended Tozer’s to carry out the purchase of my new property. As it was a new build time constraints on exchange were incredibly tight even more so with lost time as a result of the previous firm. From the get go Tozer we’re clear, concise, thorough and professional leaving me totally confident in the process and achieved exchange without issue. Throughout up to completion communication was clear and timely and despite some issues on the developers side the service I received from Tozer was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great solicitors!
We actually had to change our solicitor to Tozers half was through the process as our original online solicitors were just awful!
Tozers have been amazing, always very prompt to reply to any emails. Managed to turn the case around so quickly and get us moved in a couple weeks which I didn’t think would be possible. Can’t recommended enough!
