Tina has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish of our property purchase. Tina's communication was great, she was always available for any questions we had (which was a lot with it being our first house purchase) and clearly has a huge amount of knowledge and experience. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and honestly made the house buying process easy for us. I will definitely be using Tina for any future purchases and would highly recommend her to anyone starting out on this process.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. THP Law, namely Tina, my conveyancer, were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of the purchase of my first home. I withdrew from the purchase of the first property I was interested in and was only charged a very small fee despite the work that had already been done by THP Law. Tina responded fast to every email and I couldn't have asked for me. The second purchase was smooth and made much easier by excellent communication from my conveyancer. The fees were exactly as quoted. Cannot recommend them enough!

Before I selected a conveyancer, a friend advised me to select someone who was prompt as his sale dragged on, so I weighed up all the local options and picked the firm that consistently replied to my requests the fastest and whose quote was the fairest. THP Law ticked both boxes, I noticed Sue always replied to me within minutes, and after I agreed to the quote, Tina who handled my conveyancing was just as prompt throughout the process. Tina is extremely competent, prompt, has great attention to detail and knows when to be politic and when to be tough with estate agents and other solicitors. WIth me she was always highly communicative, respectful, kind, and extremely funny. Had everyone in our chain hired Tina, we would've completed months in advance. The conveyancers of the other vendors demonstrated to me just how good of a choice I made going with THP, as we had to deal with their ridiculously slow responses stalling the process for over 2 months after Tina and I had everything ready on our end and the contract signed. While other solicitors in the chain constantly forgot to ask for or provide imperative documents, read their emails or even inform their clients of mandatory valuations, Tina always replied to me and solved my requests often within half an hour of an email, and if there was ever anything serious going on she'd always make time to give me a call and inform me. She's just a pro, there's nothing more to say. Honestly it's a no-brainer. Perfect service for the most reasonable price out there. Tina was exceptional. I'm the proud owner of a new house, and if I'm ever in the market to move again I'm going to be contacting her again first thing.

Tina and Sue from the Howe Practice who dealt with the sale of my house and purchase of my new property were professional, efficient and friendly. They kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. This was particularly so with the purchase of my new property which is leasehold and in a retirement complex and Tina who dealt with this side of the process was very proactive in dealing with the many different aspects required for such properties.
