Tina and Sue from the Howe Practice who dealt with the sale of my house and purchase of my new property were professional, efficient and friendly. They kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. This was particularly so with the purchase of my new property which is leasehold and in a retirement complex and Tina who dealt with this side of the process was very proactive in dealing with the many different aspects required for such properties. Sue dealt with the sale of my house and also a few other bits and pieces. She is absolutely fantastic. Extremely efficient and not costly at all. She responds to emails immediately, which is highly unusual with any type of solicitor I’ve used in the past. I would now never use another firm or solicitor, apart from Sue, should the need arise. She gave me an estimate on how long everything would take and she was earlier than quoted and her fees are very reasonable for all the hard word and precision she puts in. Many many thanks to the very lovely Sue for doing an absolute fantastic job.

During a long and often frustrating sale to difficult and demanding buyers Sue and Tina remained unruffled and professional. Every stumbling block was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with good humour. They were a delight to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Very pleased with the service and advice provided by Sue Tonkin at The Howe Practice during the sale of my parents house. Always easy to contact and after a protracted process due to our first buyer stalling and eventually withdrawing Sue helped us process the sale to the new buyer efficiently, completing in a matter of weeks.

When you Google a housing conveyance service in Greater Manchester you’ll get cheaper quotes but you won’t get better value than at Howe Practice. Tina and Sue are simply superb, always easy to get hold off, quick to respond and thoroughly professional. I’ve used them for over 2 decades and can’t praise them enough

Just completed the sale of my step-aunt's flat. The family had used The Howe Practice for property transactions a couple of times previously, and they were the natural choice this time too. So pleased that we stayed with them, because I can't imagine anyone else could have provided better service, and the fees seem reasonable too. Dealt briefly with 2-3 members of staff, all good, and mainly with Sue Tonkin, who certainly deserves our thanks.

Following the death of my father, my mother and I visited Victoria. She provided invaluable advice as to what to do and who to contact.
