    Our needs/requests were understood and identified by the customer service team (Danielle, special mention)and subsequent initial appointment and introduction arranged with our allocated Solicitor Matt Damant . From then on in Matt took us through the process from , explanation and taking instructions, to first drafts , checking minor alterations , confirming our understandings answering our questions (via email) through to signing our wills , and subsequent receipt. We have been happy with the service provided by Tozers and happy that the service has remained at the same high level since we last used Tozers a little over 15 years ago Would we recommend Tozers - Yes we would
