As a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect which made me nervous. I was updated by assistants at the firm regularly who made things clear and despite having no clue what things meant, were patient with me and explained everything in ways I could understand so i wasn’t overwhelmed. This gesture alone made me feel a lot calmer. I’d have to make a special mention about Leah as on the initial paperwork I received, I noticed she wasn’t down as on the team and if that is the case then she did an amazing job at jumping in to help me with any questions I had despite her saying she was still training. Overall would recommend. Thank you Megan, Chloe and Leah.
