Absolutely brilliant Solicitors
My actions against the police solicitor has been Aiden. Ian has provided some consultation, advice + oversite (Being the manager on the team) on the case, which has been fantastic! But it's been Aiden that has been my soliticitor on the case.
From the first day I have spoken to Aiden, he has been absolutely honest, down to earth and listened to every single word I've said from start to finish. And I have said alot of words!
He has done brilliant work on my case. His letters, along with some non professional input from me, have been nothing short of first rate. He made sure it was a collaborative process at all times.
What I went through was horrible and traumatic. Aiden In my corner, reduced my anxiety about it all because he was so good with me. He believed and understood technically, legally and on a personal level how this all effected me.
Aiden resolved my case quickly. He not only delivered on what he said to me before taking on the case, but his integrity is inspiring. He's a very honest person and has never misled me or told me something that wasn't helpful or truthful.
When you have faced what I have, it was so important to me to have someone like that representing me. Having Ian nearby for his input was exceptionally helpful too.
Aiden never put a foot wrong with me or my case. Hes always responded to me in a very timely fasion, responding to me quickly in a really helpful way. He has achieved an excellent resolution to my case, truley believing in its merits and justice for me.
The firm went seriously out of their way to help me, i wont go into specifics, but when i needed them as a client and on a human level, they very much stepped straight up to the plait! Looking back on it now its been a great experiance during a stressful time. Thanks Aiden and to the team. One happy client

10/10 from start to finish
I felt like I had had a huge wrongdoing done to me via the Wiltshire police force. I contacted Ian and his team and they were fantastic from start to finish, every detail, every phone call and email. Simple explanations we're given to me so I could truly understand what was going on. I reccomend this team 100%

Absolutely brilliant
I cannot recommend DPP more highly. Iain and his team lead us through the process of taking action against the police force that wrongfully arrested my 14 yr old son in an empathetic, sensitive and ultimately very successful way.
We had been left incredibly disappointed and disenchanted with 'the system' and with our local police force following the wrongful arrest and detention of our son.
Iain gave a full thorough explanation of why he felt we had a strong case to take action against the Force, and described and outlined the process to us in full, frank and transparent detail from the outset. His communication with us was first class throughout, and we felt confident and secure in the knowledge we were in the best possible hands.
I believe the service Iain and DPP provide is of huge importance to ensure that the police and others are held to account when they have made mistakes or mis-behaved, and whilst it can be a daunting and stressful prospect, DPP made it stress free and straightforward.
In the end justice was done, the police force made a suitable compensation arrangement and most importantly, we received the assurance that our son's record would be left clean. None of this would have been possible without DPP.
