He calla a spade a spade and gives the best legal advice based on the merits of the case. He is very to the point and gives opinions based on how a Court may view certain aspects. He picked up my case against NES after one of there agents falsely imprisoned me and assaulted me. They got the right address when wrongfully arresting me, and forced me to attend court after being kidnapped all night. Thank goodness I found Iain Gould, and his firm DPP, in less than 6 months he has settled my case with Police admitting liability, and psychological damages. My actions against the police solicitor has been Aiden. Ian has provided some consultation, advice + oversite (Being the manager on the team) on the case, which has been fantastic! But it's been Aiden that has been my soliticitor on the case. From the first day I have spoken to Aiden, he has been absolutely honest, down to earth and listened to every single word I've said from start to finish. And I have said alot of words! He has done brilliant work on my case. His letters, along with some non professional input from me, have been nothing short of first rate. He made sure it was a collaborative process at all times. Went to see Iain Gould at this office over complaint against Merseyside Police. Iain is very straight to the point and gave honest advice in understandable terms, so we pursued a claim for Breach of Human rights. WE WON 26th June 2018. So no matter how trivial your complaint is about any police force please call Iain as this man knows his stuff and will get the justice you deserve.
