I have re-joined Wollens as a member of the Childcare Team having experience in this field of law of over 16 years. I represent parents in pre-proceedings (PLO) with the local authority and within complex care proceedings through the Family Court as well as advising grandparents who seek to care for their grandchildren. I also represent parents who face allegations of physical, sexual and emotional abuse of their children, with parents dealing with mental health issues, alcohol and drug dependency and with parents who have learning disabilities or learning difficulties. Brilliant
Cate and Rachel was brilliant in dealing with my case which lasted over 18 months.

Cate
Early days with Cate as my solicitor but she’s always extremely helpful, straight to the point and listens.
I feel much more supported by Cate than my previous solicitor and really appreciate the work Wollens put in to make sure there is as little change as possible. I’m also really appreciative that Cate has managed to be an advocate for me during meetings that have caused me distress. Would highly recommend!
